By accessing or using the Prasaman Glo website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or services. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our services.

2. Services Offered

Prasaman Glo offers yoga and Pilates instruction through virtual (Zoom) and in-person studio sessions in Los Angeles, California. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without notice.

3. Bookings & Payments

• All bookings require payment at the time of reservation to secure your session.
• By completing a booking, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
• Payment is accepted via credit/debit card (Stripe), Venmo, or Zelle.
• Session prices are as listed on our Pricing page and are subject to change without prior notice.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session may be eligible for a reschedule or credit.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are non-refundable.
• No-shows will be charged in full.
• Glo Package sessions are non-refundable once purchased but may be rescheduled with adequate notice.
• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund or credit will be provided.

5. Health & Safety Disclaimer

By participating in any Prasaman Glo session, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are physically capable of participating in yoga and/or Pilates activities.
• You have consulted with a qualified healthcare provider if you have any medical conditions, injuries, or concerns.
• Physical exercise carries inherent risks, and you voluntarily assume all such risks.
• Prasaman Glo and its instructors are not liable for any injury, illness, or adverse health outcome resulting from participation in our sessions.
• You will inform your instructor of any physical limitations or injuries before each session.

6. Liability Waiver

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prasaman Glo, its owners, instructors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or loss of data. Your use of our services is at your sole risk.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, videos, logos, and course materials — is the property of Prasaman Glo and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our express written permission.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users or our staff
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our website or systems
• Record or share session content without prior written consent
